BAND 73: Your Investment in Texas’s Communication Safety
Howdy ya’ll, we’re BAND 73, the Bluebonnet Analog Network + Digital club coming to you from the Heart of Texas. First, we’re all about keeping Texas connected, especially when things get tough. Eventhough, we’re a non-profit group of ham radio folks. One of our biggest goals is to make sure we’ve got reliable emergency communications for the whole state.
You know, we want to be that backbone for Texas, so even if the power grid goes down, we’re still on the air.
Every little bit helps us buy solar panels, batteries, and the gear we need to keep our repeater networks running strong. That way, when disasters happen, we’re ready to go.
